Wholesale Price Terms
Effective January 1, 2015

To become a Wholesaler of Parasol, LLC products, please kindly fill out the Wholesale Registration Form here and we will let you know upon approval your password to view our wholesale prices.

Please note:
Minimum 1st Order: $300
Minimum Re-order: $200

Parasol, LLC manufactures our products in Mexico and ship them FedEx Ground, customs cleared; from Laredo, TX. We ship every 10 - 15 days from Laredo, TX.

Parasol, LLC will send you a tracking number once your shipment is in the FedEx system in Laredo. Since we ship from Mexico, we cannot guarantee delivery by certain days, so we encourage you to order early and ship early.

Freight: 18% of Subtotal (U.S. shipping addresses only-Canadian shipping to Canadian addresses charged actual freight) WE SHIP FEDEX GROUND ONLY.

Payment Terms: Prepay before shipping. Orders will not be scheduled to ship until you arrange payment details (including valid credit card number) with us. Visa/MasterCard/American Express accepted.

Prepaid check: Please deposit your check 2 weeks before preferred ship date to allow time for processing.

Shipping / Freight: PAR•A•SOL® ships only FedEx Ground. Freight is calculated at 18% of the merchandise total for orders shipping within the 48 continental United States. Freight to other locations will be actual FedEx Ground rate. (No UPS Ground available.) Other specified carrier costs will be handled on an individual basis with the customer.

Accessory-only orders will be charged a minimum $10.00 freight charge.
Orders below minimum requirements will incur a minimum $20 freight charge.

Products: All products produced by PAR•A•SOL® are handmade and therefore will vary somewhat in color and shape. We do our best to maintain exacting production standards, but variations will occur and are desirable to maintain the handmade look of our products. PAR•A•SOL® uses recycled glass in all of its products.

Returns: Please call for any returns. It is difficult for us to receive returns, since our shipping department is located in Mexico No returns are accepted without prior authorization from PAR•A•SOL®. A 15% restocking fee may apply to items being returned that customer does not want.

Breakage/Damage: All of our merchandise is inspected prior to shipment. In order to receive credit or replacement, claims for damage must be made within three days of delivery. Please retain the damaged item, original carton and packing materials. We will advise of the disposition of the merchandise.

Backorders: Your products are made to order, therefore we may not have all the items available for quick shipping. We will do our best to fill your order upon receipt. However, if we are out of an item, it will be placed on backorder and shipped within 45 days. Backorders less than $65 and/or older than 60 days will be cancelled. If you do not accept backorders, you must notify us in advance.

Past Due Accounts: All past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month, or 24% per annum. Reorders from accounts with past due balances will be held until the balance due, including finance charges, is paid. Failure to pay on time will result in future prepay terms.
